The following papers are to be submitted for approval of appointment of HSA and HSST in  management schools to respectve DEO office or RDD office.opy

1. Appointment order in triplicate
2. change of staff statement
3. signed declaration of teacher
4. Certificates regarding Qualifications with one attested copy
5. 51 A  or 43  No clament certificate
6. Seniority list(for promotion case )(Subject wise senority list for upradation of HSST)
7. Declaration by the Manager No suit pending against the appoitment post& Satisfying the rules of KER
8. Minutes & rank list of selection committee (HSST(jr.) &HSST)
9. Performa filled by Manager(HSST).
10. post creation order of Govt. (HSST) &Staff fixation order.
11. Attested Copy of identity card or Adhar card
12. Antecedent certificate 
13. Medical certificate of Govt.Docter
14. Genuineness certificate(If degree is obtained from out side the State)
15. Equivalence certificate(If degrees are obtained from other State)
16. Original Mark list of BEd. Degree with one attested copy (HSST)
17. Declaration/certificate by the Manager stating NO BEd.in same subject candidate are eligible to promotion (In the case of HSST promotion of BEd.in other subject)
18. Service Book(For promotion)
