Designation change in SPARK

STEPS

1. Log in Spark
2. Open Service matter-personal-open the employee's page using PEN Number
3. Apply necessary change in Service History of the Employee
4. Open-Salary matter-Pay fixation-2009-Pay fixation editing
5. Change the Pay &increment in Back Dated Change(One advance increment automatically added and new pay effected on next date in Designation change..So the changes to be done accordingly)
6. Click Service matter-Promotion
7. Enter current details of the employee.
8. Enter new details of the employee
9. Confirm.
